I purchased my first pair of Dansko’s from this retailer about a year ago. The lady helping me did a fantastic job of helping me find the right shoe with the perfect fit. A year later the shoes still fit perfectly and quickly became my favorite pair I’ve ever owned. Wonderful experience overall can’t wait to go back someday soon and get another pair!

Brought my 84 year old mother who is hard of hearing and has bad neuropathy in her feet to get shoes here. I was stressed because she is very picky and can be difficult to communicate with. Destiny from the Walk Shop was super kind and accommodating. She brought out a bunch of sizes and styles close to what my mother was looking for. She brought the sizer and helped my mother with her shoe inserts. She was super kind and made the experience easy and smooth. Thank you so much to Destiny and the Walk shop!

High praise for The Walk Shop's excellent staff, who helped my 86-year-old father pick out a pair of shoes yesterday. It wasn't an easy task, given his issues with mobility and hearing. Each member of the team we spoke to was knowledgable, cheerful and patient. We worked primarily with a kind gentleman who succeeded in finding my dad a pair of shoes that he absolutely loves after an hour of trying different styles and sizes. Excellent customer service and a great pair of shoes. Thanks!

Support and Relief around plantar fasciitis! The Walk Shop staff were incredibly informed and guided me to purchase shoes that support my arches. I was traveling to NYC and the 2 pairs of Danskos made it fairly easy to walk 5-6miles a day. I still did my exercises though. Then last week I looked for sandals because my work has changed facilities to stone floors. These Taos sandals are terrific and have my arches supported and off the stone. Will go back again and again! Oh so many people want to know about my Dansko sneakers!!!!

Ezzie is a high level customer service oriented sales person. She showed me everything and helped me try all of the shoes in different sizes honing it down to the pair of shoes pictured. She was infinitely patient and a fount of knowledge pertaining to the store offerings. Several other sage customers were buying shoes that helped to actually propel them! Walk over to Chez Panisse in your new Birks afterwards.

~I Lumbered In like Frankenstein And Waltzed Out Like Margaux Fontaine~ After months of for pain I went in for a fitting. My feet shrank? Why, yes they did! I purchased a pair of Brooks Addictions for $160.00 and they are worth it.

I called ahead of time to see if they'd have larger size shoes and they did so I went in to try some on. A lovely gentlemen by the name of Mica helped me out when I came in. He helped me try on a few different styles and sizes of dress shoes and they had one I liked which was great. Not a huge store but a great selection and wonderful customer service! Definitely coming back next time I need shoes.

Such a gem!! My 88 year old mom needed new shoes. Manager Stephanie literally walked us through proper size, fit, and type of shoe. We walked away with two new pairs. My mom has never been happier with store or shoes. Beautiful selection of top quality shoes and bags. Real service by people who understand feet and shoes. Support small businesses. Shop local!
